Every time I open one of these 3 fall issues I've been neglecting, it just reaffirms how glad I am that I got a subscription with them.
And now, a list!
This segment will be called
"If I were rich, I would have this in my possession:"
- Blackberry Bold
- NYHRC membership (I guess if we're playing pretend, I can add Equinox membership to the list too)
- These $400 Italian winter/waterproof boots with a minor wedge heel I found
- A more stylistically up-to-date winter coat
- Sweet potato gnocchi and pumpkin ravioli
- Unlimited dance, voice and yoga lessons at my disposal
- Roundtrip plane tickets and other accomodations to Italy with my cousin
- A vacation home on Crystal Lake's shore
-ok, now this list has taken a serious turn at unrealistic town-
- A treadmill
- A Brita water filter and a humidifier/air purifier
- Tickets to various shows and musicals I can't afford to see
- a new camera
- a Macbook Pro
- unlimited money at my disposal to spend on getting my Dad, Robin and 4 siblings out here to see me and do whatever they want in the city!
sigh. Allison just alerted me that she heard a ton of rumors tonight from people we work with about this place where I have a catering gig at on Thursday. And let's just say the rumors are not music to my ears. Something about getting out at 3:45 AM and a lot of manual labor?
And more bad news: Barenaked Ladies is apparently playing a New Year's Eve concert........in Detroit. Son of a BITCH. So, there's no way that's happening. That would be AMAZING too. Espesh if I got to make out with Steven at midnight.
Someone may or may not be punishing me.
But I am sticking to the positivity, despite all of it.
